Our mandate was to analyze the market's response to Netflix's password sharing policy restrictions. The scope of the project included: secondary research, survey design, gathering & analyzing data, and presenting our findings. We used a data driven approach to come to a recommendation.

Won 1st place in a case competition sponsored by FlightHub featuring more than a dozen teams. Presented our solution to the company's management: deliver more value to customers through the app, and develop a new business to business segment to create a steady revenue stream.

7up is declining in popularity among the younger demographic. We were tasked to produce a video pitch of our solution: create an advertising campaign leaning on 7up's heritage and history, as well as by increasing their social media presence. They should position themselves on being there during cheerful and fulfilling moments.

One of the biggest headwinds facing the aviation industry is the pilot shortage. In this project, we presented a recommendation for Air Canada's situation: introduce an internal training program and improve communication with customers to reduce dissatisfaction when delays are caused by staff shortages. Created slides that respect Air Canada's brand image.

We took on the responsibility of a Product Manager for the launch of a new motor oil to determine how to position the product. Our decision relied on building a financial model based on the information given in the case. However, we also took into account: our positioning in the market, our brand's perception, our relationship with existing distribution partners and test market data. I also designed logos, packaging and graphics.

Business case: SAS airlines is looking to renew their fleet. They are hesitant about choosing the Boeing 737s' engine manufacturer for their new fleet. I will post my slides after the presentation. Thanks!
